Marquee Hire from an Experienced North East Event Company

Party Tent Marquee Hire was established in 2019, but our experience in the events industry goes back much further.

We've been working in the event industry since 2009, supplying entertainment, equipment and event services to customers across the North East. Party Tent Marquee Hire was created as a natural extension of that work, giving us the opportunity to provide marquees, furniture and other equipment for parties, weddings, corporate events and outdoor celebrations.

We're based in County Durham and provide marquee hire across Durham, Darlington, Newcastle, Sunderland, Teesside and the wider North East.

We're not just a marquee company that has appeared overnight. We've spent years working at real events and seeing first-hand what can go wrong, what customers need and, most importantly, how important it is for everything to turn up when it's supposed to.

That experience is a big part of how we approach marquee hire.

Flexible Marquee Hire

We understand that every event is different.

Some customers simply need a marquee for a weekend garden party. Others need a complete event space for a wedding, corporate event or larger celebration.

We try to be as flexible as possible with our hire arrangements.

If you need us to set up early because your event starts first thing, just let us know. If you need a late collection, or you need the marquee delivered the day before your event, we can often arrange this too, depending on availability.

We're happy to discuss your requirements rather than making you fit into a rigid package.

We're still a relatively small business, and that's something we like.

When you contact us, you're not dealing with a huge call centre or someone reading from a script. We're involved in the day-to-day running of the business and we're happy to talk through your plans, answer questions and offer advice.
